Alfasim flight simulators are manufactured by our professional and experienced team of aviation designers, mechanics, developers, programmers, graphic designers and sound engineers. A heavy emphasis is placed on quality and precision in the production of flight simulators and their individual parts; this is achieved through the use of new production technologies and equipment. The construction of Alfasim flight simulators is modular and guarantees the high strength and durability necessary for continuous effective training under demanding conditions. Our company manufactures the majority of the parts for Alfasim flight simulators on our own, including the central and auxiliary control units, Head Control side view sensors, flight instruments, laminated parts and precisely milled metal components. Parts we do not manufacture, such as headsets, graphic cards, printers and projectors, are purchased exclusively from certified professional manufacturers of these technologies.

Our company also manufactures robust instructor stations meeting the highest demands on ergonomics; these stations enable supervision of every phase of the student pilot’s flight. We also produce and supply transportation containers for our flight simulators; these are built for simple handling and possible risks during transport. We exclusively use DHL services to ensure the fast and high-quality worldwide delivery of our products and spare parts.
